PERC consists of repetitive, resistive, and stretching exercises tailored to each individual and group abilities. Activities in sitting and standing are used to improve the participants' mobility skills. Fun games such as beach ball volleyball help with reaction speed and hand/eye coordination. Respiratory strengthening and movement pacing are improved through musical activities. Simple initial and periodic mobility evaluations are available if the participant desires.
