You don't have to sign up to attend. Plan to come once or twice a week. You may take time off and return anytime. Anyone who wants to perform the exercises is welcome with a physician's signed approval and the completed registration information. Family members or caregivers who would like to learn and help during the class are welcome and greatly appreciated!

Cost
$3.00 per session or 11 sessions for $30 for any participant doing the exercises. A one-time $6.00 purchase of personal equipment is available and recommended. If you can't meet the specified fees, special arrangements can be made by calling the Parkinson's Association of West Michigan at (616) 954-8077 or toll-free at (800)617-8711.

Attire
Wear comfortable, roomy clothing, and secure supportive shoes. Be sure to bring a cane or walker if needed.
